Spider School

Snakes and snails and spiders for dinner! A gorilla for a teacher! Starting school can be a fright! Kate is having a very bad day. It’s the first morning at her new school, and already her clothes have gone missing and her best friend has disappeared. Now it turns out that her new school looks like a dungeon, there are no pencils or books, and the teacher is a comic-reading gorilla. Something is very wrong… Francesca Simon, the bestselling author of Horrid Henry, brings every child’s worst nightmare to life in this funny and original reader-style story, accompanied by Tony Ross’s hilarious colour illustrations.

Kate gets out of bed on the wrong side on her first day at school. It turns out to be a very weird day and she is very glad when she can start all over again! The story and funny pictures made me laugh alot!
