Captain Underpants #9: Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Return of Tippy Tinkletrousers

Professor Poopypants has changed his name to Tippy Tinkletrousers, but he hasn’t changed his evil ways. Now it’s up to our wedgie-powered hero (and his hanky) to stop this pee-pee-powered rogue! George and Harold are back in their ninth adventure – and they’re about to encounter a familiar face. The villainous Professor now goes by the name of Tippy Tinkletrousers, and is seeking revenge for the teasing his old name inspired! Armed with a laser-shooting Freezy-Beam 4000, he’s ready to zap anyone who stands in his way. Can the mighty Captain stop his reign of tinkle-trousered terror?
