When bungling detective Nick Diamond finds himself in jail, he finds that he’s sharing a prison cell with Johnny Powers, Public Enemy Number One. Nick’s only chance of rescuing the situation is to nail the shady master criminal known only as the Fence. But first, Nick has to get out of jail… somehow!
