The Chronicles of Egg: Deadweather and Sunrise

It’s tough being thirteen, especially when somebody’s trying to kill you. Living on the pirate-island of Deadweather was never exactly easy for Egg: all he has for company are a terrible tutor and some seriously stupid siblings. But after his dad and siblings rush off to Sunrise Island and Egg is left as a guest in the glitzy, glamorous mansion of the Pembroke family, things start to look up for him. That is, until someone tries to throw him off a cliff. And his only answer as to why someone wants him dead is a terrifying one-handed cabin boy. Shiver me timbers! This is not going to end well for Egg.
