The Very Busy Spider (Board Book)

A classic story by the author of The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Just as bright – and just as beautiful! Early one morning, a little spider sits down on the fence and starts working. She’s doing something important, and she won’t stop until she’s finished. While the spider works, lots of farm animals ask her to play. But the spider is much too busy. What is she making? Trace the textured shape of her web with your finger as you read this story, and feel it grow from a simple line into a complex and beautiful thing…

  • This delightful story explores the marvels of nature
  • Full of Eric Carle’s distinctive collage illustrations
  • Repetitive text with lots of animal noises to repeat
